God has given you a Gift.
It is a Gift to get us through these uncertain times.
It
is a Gift that let's us look into the future. It is your Gift to enjoy.
You only have to
unwrap it.
Cross references will help you do that.

What is Cross references?
Cross references is a Systematic Bible Study designed to guide you through Scripture, book by book, chapter by chapter,
verse by verse. Cross references will also equip and encourage you to read and study the Bible for yourselves.
Cross references is designed for those who are already followers of Christ. (I do not like using the term 'Christian'.)
However if you are not a follower of Christ, and wish to study the Bible, you are welcome to join us anyway.
Before embarking on a Cross references Bible study, take a look at my purpose and belief statements to the right. Also
be sure to check out our Study Tools page for free resources to help you in your own study.

I pray that you will join us on this adventure and make studying God's Word a regular part of your life.
Enjoy the ride and God bless.

Each series of study will consist of several sessions covering a portion of God's Word. The weekly sessions contain seven
segments:
1. Opening Discussion- Questions that will get you thinking
2. Read- The passage we will study is provided.
3. Study- This section will ask questions to assist participants in discovering the meaning of the passage and how to
apply it to life.
4. Challenges- Related Scripture passages will be suggested, so participants can apply the Weekly Techniques and Tools,
if they choose. The Challenges are optional. Completing them is not necessary for future studies, but they will aid in developing
better study habits.
5. Techniques- Specific steps in the study process will be focused on and outlined here. Participants can learn to study
using just a pen, paper, and the Bible.
6. Tools- Books and Web sites that can aid in study or offer extra information can deepen knowledge and understanding
of God's Word. This section will introduce one each week.
7. Commentary- This will supply different opinions on a passage when there is more than one possible meaning. Definitions
of original Greek/Hebrew words will be provided when they help in understanding.
