Do You Think Of The Bible The Way Jesus Did?
There is not one command to listen
to God outside of scripture. So why would we search for a word or sign from outside of the written Word. We
have been commanded not to searching for a sign (conformation) by Jesus himself. Jesus proclaimed that it was a perverse generation
who sought after signs and wonders. Jesus did not make known himself known on the road to Emmaus after his resurrection when
...”it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them. But
their eyes were holden that they should not know him.” (Luke 24:15-16)... “And beginning at Moses and all the
prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.” (Luke 24:27)... “And it
came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them. And their eyes were
opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight. And they said one to another; did not our heart burn within
us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?” (Luke 24:30-32) After a short while
Jesus stood in the midst of all eleven apostles ... “And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you,
while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets,
and in the psalms, concerning me. Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,” Jesus
used the Word. Do You Think Of The Bible The Way Jesus Did?
(Luke 24:44-45) Listen
as Pastor Mike Abendroth of Bethlehem Bible Church explains the importance of trusting the Word and using the Word as Jesus used the word.

Why would I search for a word from the Lord when I have ‘The’, more sure Word, given for the perfecting
of the saints, The Inspired Word of God, the scriptures? Just remember, there is not one command to listen to God outside
of scripture. We have been commanded not to searching for a sign (conformation). Jesus proclaimed that it was a perverse generation
who sought after signs and wonders.

From Matthew 20:17-19
Share The Gospel, Go Ballistic, Go Through the Roof. When someone is hungry,
you are commanded to feed them. If you have a friend or loved-one that is in need, tear the roof off to get them in front

Forgiveness and a Changed Life, Mark 2:1-12
God is Gloriously Unfair How can I have joy unspeakable when I have had horrible sin in
my life? The reason is because God is gloriously unfair. Praise God!! I am forgiven There is not a single sin that can not
be forgiven. For we have all missed the mark, [committed sin] those who need forgiveness of much and have been forgive much
have an understanding of the mercy and grace that God gives and usually do not have a problem in forgiving others. This is
why, when I am asked by someone for forgiveness, I have one reply, “How can I not forgive you when I think of what I
have been forgiven of.” Listen as Pastor Damian Kyle of Calvary Chapel Modesto explains; there is not a single sin that can not be forgiven.
Forgiven, Sealed -- Ephesians 1:7-14

What is Sin? 90% obedience equals 100% disobedience. We will never understand why
Jesus died until we understand the severity of sin in our own life. Only after we understand the severity of our own sin will
we ever understand the Grace. Anyone who would try to put another’s sin on a sin scale with other people’s sins
at a higher level then their own is only trying to diminish the severity of their own sin. I heard a preacher say, 90% obedience
equals 100% disobedience. One infraction and we have missed the mark. That is the point of the Law.
The Law was written to show that ALL have sinned and come short of His glory. Listen to John MacArthur of Grace to You as
he explains Christ's Triumphant Death 1 Peter 3:18-22 and what was accomplished on your behalf. Read | Download High Quality | Low Quality Copyright 2008

Back to Basics: The ABC's of Christian Living
Ever wondered why schoolteachers drill young students
on basics like addition, subtraction, and the alphabet? Consider this: those few simple exercises are the foundation that
all future learning—and all future success—is built on.
That’s also true of your life as a Christian. If your spiritual building blocks are firmly in place, you have a strong
foundation to support your future growth and withstand even the worst of life’s pressures.
John MacArthur surveys the bedrock principles of Christianity—and helps you anchor
your life to them—in the timeless study Back to Basics.
