All commercially produced recordings orders are to be used for personal and non-commercial
use only. Reclaimed Music Plus specifically prohibits the use of this service for the purpose of duplicating, distribution
or re-distribution, publishing, broadcasting, posting on the www or any other form of digital or analog copying and distribution
of a commercially produced product.
Lecture and sermon recordings that were not recorded for commercial distribution that
are being achieved for the use of marketing and/or posting on the web will have to abide by the same copyright laws concerning
recorded music on archived lecture and sermon CDs. If a lecture or sermon is to be marketed and posted for download it is
best to edit out all copyrighted material before doing so for your own protection. This Reclaimed Music Plus will do for you
at level 2 of our service.
Please use insurance
on all packages. It is important to insure all packages as we are not responsible for any damaged via shipping. Please leave
a note inside the package as to the value you have placed upon the shipment to ensure we use the same dollar amount for return.
Your return shipping cost will be based upon the shipping cost
of your package to ReclaimedAudioVideo.com + $7.00 shipping & handling added to the final total. When your order is near
completion you will be notified of the total cost. Balance payment is due at that time and then your order will be sent to
you.
Payment
will be accepted by PayPal, credit card, personal check, money order or a cashier’s check. Note: for payments by personal
check, your order will be sent out as soon as the final payment has cleared.

Liability Agreement: It is the responsibility and liability of the customer to obtain all authorizations for copyrighted material
prior to sending it to us and the customer assumes all responsibility and liability with respect to
the content of any information submitted.
I have read the paragraph about the various types of damage
to recordings (specifically, I have read about unplayable disks, off-center hole, skips, severe scratches, distortion, trade-offs,
no pause between tracks, inferior quality recordings, perfection is not possible and not guaranteed, results commensurate
with service selected) and I am aware of the limitations and trade-offs imposed by the process of restoration.
