Your return shipping cost will be based upon the shipping cost of your package to ReclaimedAudioVideo.com + $7.00 shipping
& handling added to the final total. When your order is near completion you will be notified of the total cost. Balance
payment is due at that time and then your order will be sent to you.

Music Insertion:
www.ReclaimedAudioVideo.com is able to accept
original music CD's, and music in wave or MP3 format on CD. Please include the appropriate amount of music with your slide
show or we will add License free music to match the feel of the memorial project from our collection. We may need to repeat
some songs to cover the length of the slideshow. Pictures will generally show on the screen for 7 seconds. (A 3½ min.
song would equal 210 seconds, divided by 7 seconds would equal 30 slides) If you would like a song that you do not own, we
can purchase the song on your behalf provided you have indicated the song on the order form Section one. |

Mailing / Ordering Instructions:
1. Collect your photos, digital images and music
and label the back of each photo with a post it note to signify the desired play order. Print out and complete this Order
Form.
2.
Before shipping, please contact Reclaimed Audio Video by email at shorner2@sc.rr.com or at (843) 390-1402 to let us know that
you will be sending us an order. Please include a phone number so that we can contact you. We will contact you to discuss
your slideshow order and to provide you with a time frame for completion.
3. Package your materials, your completed order
form and payment (if paying with check or money order). If paying by credit card your payment will be processed by PayPal.
4.
You will be notified by either
email or telephone as soon as we receive your material.
5.
Reclaimed Audio Video will e-mail or call you when your project has been shipped back to you.
